Y’all.
I leave.. in two days. Three months in Europe studying and traveling as much as I can. I am so nervous yet so ecstatic to explore another continent and immerse myself in another culture, language, and way of life (helloooo siestas). It has always been my goal to not have to check a bag. I do not want to lose a suitcase or have to carry another, that is too much work. I am wearing my denim jacket, white V-neck, black athletic leggings, and Nike tennis shoes on the plane ride. Yes, I still wear Nike. I 100% support Kap in his actions. Sue me. Anywho, on to the good stuff.
P.S. I apologize for the wrinkles in my clothes. I took pictures after I did my trial run for packing and they sat folded in my suitcase for a day. I know my momma is going to cringe looking at the wrinkles. Also, sorry for my crappy angles and picture quality. I do not quite have the set up to look like all of those high class bloggers you probably follow. Maybe one day.
Tops!!!

The only two short sleeve tops that will be pictured. I am also bringing a basic black tee and the white tee I am wearing on the plane. I have full intentions of buying quite a bit of clothes once I arrive in Spain.

I am obsessed with this top. The feel and fit are amazing. I love Spitting Image Boutique and this is not the only item you will see from them.

The left is a Luxe tee. They make both long and short sleeve tops and they are probably my most favorite plain tees ever. Love the boho look of the right top.

I originally bought the left in gray, but then saw it in this mustard yellow so I returned the gray! The right top will be great for layering once it starts getting cooler – Granada is about the same latitude as SO IL.

I always get compliments when I wear this shirt.
Bottoms!!!

I have denim and black jeggings from American Eagle, linen pants from TJ Maxx, Old Navy yoga pants for relaxing at home, and two pairs of Nike shorts for sleeping. I also have the leggings I am wearing on the plane ride and in my personal item I have an extra pair of shorts just in case I were to lose my carry on.
In Between!!!

Told you there would be more of this boutique. This jumpsuit is SO comfortable!! It looks kind of weird here and it might even look odd on, but I love it and I will probably wear it many times.
Items that were not pictured and not yet mentioned: two t-shirts for sleeping, a bathing suit, a raincoat, and undergarments. My personal item has my travel documents, computer, wallet, purse, chargers, medications, glasses, contacts, toiletries, my planner aka my life, the extra outfit, and gobs of other stuff that I cannot remember at this moment. I am pushing it on the depth of both my carry on and personal item, but I think I will be fine. If not, I’ll check a bag in the worst case scenario.
Lastly, I want to say thank you to Nicole Shields for helping me with my picture taking tonight and sitting and talking while I figured out my personal item packing. You know I miss you big already. Thank you all for reading and please keep me in your thoughts and prayers during this trip. It would be greatly appreciated.
